COLEMAN ROAD.

Postby kiwi » Sun Jun 13, 2021 11:55 pm

Coleman Road runs between Wells Way and Southampton way.
At the end of the street, on the corner of Rainbow Street, is St George's Tavern public house with a sign high up on the side wall that reads "Double Diamond works wonders”.

I knew it as a Millwall Pub,the interior has changed apart from the clock, still thats a sign of the times ;). Friends tell me it is still a nice pub with a good pint. BOY DO I MISS THESE PUBS.
