This is one that I had forgot. The Burgers were good, that is till Burger King took over in the 90s.

Weren't the toilets under the stairs accessed by a push button number lock ❓

Boyce Street ran from Waterloo Road to Mepham Street, under the railway bridge, it has all disappeared along with all these buildings to make way for the roundabout.

I can’t remember Burtons Shop being there and with the 68 Tram Service ceasing in 1951, I think the year is probably the late 1940s. :?:
To the left is The Old Vic on the corner of The Cut. On the right the Olive Branch Pub, the corner of Lower Marsh.
