At one time Quilp St ran from Southwark Bridge Road to Redcross Way.

On the left at 3A Quilp Street is a ladies' outfitter, M. Peek, The Little Wonder Stores, building on right demolished c1970 and replaced with Avery House, part of Marshalsea Estate social housing.
