I've noticed on this photo Ainsty Street is spelt as Ainstey Street, checking on a 1930s map it is showing it as Ainstey Street. It might be a misprint but it is the same Street.

General view of Ainsty Street, Bermondsey, by York Place. A crowd of around fifty people, mostly children, gather round a gas streetlamp and stand and watch. Behind is a corner shop with advertisements for Colman's blue, Colman' starch, Vinolia soap, Hudson's soap, R. White's fruit syrups, and Victory V gums. Buildings later demolished during the construction of the Rotherhithe Tunnel and Brunel Road. c1903. York Place ran between Clarence Street, now Cannon Beck Road & Swan Lane, now Swan Road. Ainsty Street being in the middle.
