The Flying Dutchman was situated at 156 Wells Way,on corner with Southampton Way. This pub closed c.2013 and is now used as a community centre and arts venue.

This is where New Church Road emerged from. St. George's is no longer a church and has been turned into flats.

Passmore Edwards Library, Baths and Wash House, an early example of a ‘one-stop shop’, opened in 1903 on the corner of Wells Way and Neate Street. on land donated by the Rolls family.

Lynn AC Boxing Club building (formerly a public library and baths) on Wells Way. Lynn AC is Britain’s oldest continuing amateur club, formed in ‘The Sausage, Potato and Onions Café’ in Borough High Street in 1892. They moved to their current premises in 1981.
- Wells Way, North Camberwell Library is on the left of the building and the Baths and Wash-house on the right.
Never realised that is the Samuel Jones butterfly.

Neate Street no longer runs to Wells Way,coming from Trafalgar Road it stops at Coubourg Road, with Burgess Park in-between.
- Wells Way,looking towards Albany Road, Neate Street right, Camberwell.
- Wells Way same location 2018.
In both pictures the railing on the right belong to the Library,Public Baths building.
