I'm hoping that my picture attaches........anyway, does anyone remember playing in this little park with the fantastic covered slide. I remember having to collect a rough mat, (which as a girl, it was quite scratchy on the legs) to carry up the steps, to sit on, to slide down the slide. Such fun. It was re-opend last year. 100 years on fron the original and designed by the original architect's great-great-great grandson. (Inot sure how many greats). Mind you - it nowhere as lovely as the old one. But then I would say that. Fond memories.
