I could be wrong, but I cannot remember any commercial premises in either street. Harry Hookers scrap yard was in Tustin Street but that’s all I can remember. I’m certain this is Devonshire Grove with Pecks Fish Paste Factory left, far left would be Sylvan Grove and Old Kent Road would be at far end.
