Paragon Row would have been just to the right in the pictures below. It ran between Balfour Street and Rodney Road and is no longer there.

Lac-Pac was a fruit packing company which operated by the BRS depot in Balfour Street and was one of the first to supply fruit & veg to the large stores in plastic trays, the coach is from the Banfields fleet.
