Not demolished - being refurbished and will be part of London Bridge Station, a retail unit I should think, perhaps even a pub.

I wonder when this photo was taken? My cousin four-times-removed Albert Dean was the licensee from at least 1910 until his death in 1917, after which his widow Alice continued until at least 1923.

I came across the site of 5 Minver Place being redeveloped late one evening in 2017. To the best of my knowledge no further remains were uncovered!

What threw me was I assumed the building in the middle was a pub but couldn’t remember or locate any pub being just there in Jamaica Road,so went with what it said, Wilson Grove. Yes, I thought it looked like a pub, but couldn't find any record of one at that address. But then I looked closer - it'...

Spa Road Sewer, man conducts maintanence work 1951. This is one of my grandfather's co-workers; I don't think it is my grandfather, although I have only seen one photo of him. The photo was taken in Thurland Road, with Spa Road behind and Frean Street in the distance. Nothing in the photo survives ...
