Adam & Eve, 47 Swan Lane, Rotherhithe, Surrey SE16 at 33 Swan Lane in 1899. The address is at 47 Swan Lane in 1921 and earlier, prior to street renaming to Swan road. The pub was rebuilt after being damaged by subsidence caused by the building of the Rotherhithe Tunnel (opened 1908)
