Some of you may of seen the E-Fit picture in the local paper of the man (if thats what you wanna call him),well i just want to bring it to the front of people's minds..This person is described as being middle eastern,wears a black thin woolie hat(beanie hat)...rides round on a black bike or a red one with silver writing...He was seen on Thursday 16th febuary on Setchell est looking over a fence do...ing something with his right hand whilst kids played on the swings and roundabout the kids parents were also in the park...The pervert was chased but got away...The police was given information about this NOT that they have taken much interest...Please inform anyone and evryone you know to be vigilant for this nasty waste of human life...thanks
