First Day of the Blitz
In case you missed it.
Well worth a look.
Hi Bermondsey boy
Danny here what a great film ive just had the chance to watch it on my own i was in the playcentre in Farncombe street schhol when Dudins wharf got hit on the forth of August 1944 it was a day before my birthday and only for the wind turning the doodle bug i would have been history it brought back so many bad and good memorys but to numerous to put togeather
If we could all meet on the market down the blue and tell our stories the book would be six foot thick.
we lived at the bottom of Bevington Street next to Chambers and Dudins
Many thanks for that mate
Danny Heard
